On the farm we raise our Heritage Berkshire Hogs outdoors on Pasture in the sunshine and fresh air. We farm in the Coalhurst area without the use of unnecessary antibiotics, growth stimulants, animal by-products. We ensure the quality and freshness of our pork with our hands on approach throughout the entire process from our pasture to your plate.
